Service Scope

GentilBee provides non-medical and medical home care services including caregiving, nursing, physiotherapy, and therapy support.

Booking & Payments

• Services must be booked in advance through phone or online channels
• Pricing is communicated transparently before service confirmation
• Payments must be made as per agreed terms

Caregiver Assignment

We assign trained caregivers based on patient needs. While we strive for continuity, replacements may occur due to availability or unforeseen circumstances.

User Responsibilities

Clients and families agree to:

• Provide accurate patient information
• Ensure a safe working environment for caregivers
• Treat caregivers with respect and dignity

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations should be informed in advance
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per company policy

Limitation of Liability

GentilBee is not liable for:

• Pre-existing medical conditions or complications
• Outcomes beyond the scope of agreed services

Changes to Terms
